When Donald Trump meets the Queen and Theresa May at Blenheim Palace on Thursday evening, he has asked for a karaoke session in the evening.
He plans to sing Hotel California by The Eagles. It’s his favourite song and he plans to reference the EU.
“I’m a great singer, believe me, one of the best in America,” said the President.
“I’m going to sing Hotel California to Liz and Theresa and they will love it. It’s going to be about your wonderful EU.
“I’m going to sing…
‘And I was thinking to myself
‘This could be heaven or this could be Hell’
“Then Theresa will come in with…
‘Mirrors on the ceiling,
The pink Champagne on ice,
We are all just prisoners here, of our own device’
“And then Boris is going to join me with…
‘You can check out any time you like,
But you can never leave!’
“It’s gonna be a great night, believe me!”
