Vladimir Putin has been spotted near a polling station in Slough, raising fears that Russia is seeking to influence the UK’s general election.
The Russian President appeared on the Instagram page of Mrs Trimble, a Slough local who was shocked to find Putin outside her local church, which was serving as a polling station.
Putin claimed to be on a sightseeing holiday and stated that he was simply enjoying the history and culture of Slough.
“I am in no way seeking to influence this election,” said Putin, as he oversaw the destruction of 18 Russian computers in a Slough dumpster fire.
“But I do feel confident that Theresa May will work very well with Russia over the next few years.”
Putin then reportedly left to buy a Big Issue from local homeless man, James Comey.
