The Prime Minister’s Downing Street staff have told the Foreign Office to sack anyone who has any experience of working with the European Union in preparation for Brexit.
“We don’t want anyone tainted with experience of Europe working at the Foreign Office,” said a spokesperson.
“We want a hard Brexit and we only want hard men and women handling the negotiations.”
Prime Minister Theresa May commented on the issue.
“We want a clear-out of any civil servants who don’t agree with our view of the world.
“The idea that diplomats with 30 years’ experience will be of any use is frankly ludicrous.”
May continued her thoughts on how this exodus will affect the country’s progression in 2017.
“Britain’s march to become a global power would be held back by their outdated thinking.”
